Ingredients

Chick Pea Flour, Sugar, Salt, Spices, Sodium Bicarbonate, Black Pepper, Coriander Seeds, Citric Acid, Caraway, Fennel Seeds.

Directions

Great care has been taken to ensure that this product reaches you in perfect condition.

It should be thoroughly examined before use.

Makes 20 Gota each of approx. 16 gms.

1. Pour 3 1/4 oz. (100ml) water or milk into this mix. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.

2. Whip batter once more before frying.

3. Deep fry Gota in hot oil keeping oil temperature consistent.

Keep in cool dry place.
