Woodcut engraving by David Lance Goines of a recipe by Alice Waters. Slightly larger than 10×10.25\”. Berkeley: Saint Hieronymous Press, 1968.

One of the portfolio series \”40 Menus Suitable for Framing\” that David Goines and Alice Waters collaborated on in the years before opening Chez Panisse. Waters was writing recipes for a local newspaper, and Goines conceived of printing them as frame-able broadsides.

Tanning to small slice of left side of print (not affecting image), else very good
