Directions

Keep frozen.

1. Best method:

Thaw ras malai overnight in refrigerator or leave at room temperature for several hours and serve.

2. Quick method:

Microwave (1100 Watt) on defrost setting* for 5 minutes, then let sit for 10 minutes.

*Since microwave defrost settings may vary, we recommend defrosting at 20% of full power.

Refrigerate after opening and consume within 5 days.
