Vintage ice cream mould of a football. Perfectly round, 3×3\” (with 1/2\” soldered hinge). Model #1150. NY: Eppelsheimer, c.1923-1972.

The Epplesheimer brothers began manufacturing chocolate and ice cream moulds in New York City around 1880. They soon became the largest manufacturer of domestic moulds. Rare. Fine and bright – and with the satisfying heft of a baseball. Rare. Eppelsheimer 1150
