Our European Style Baking Chocolate comes in three cacao percentages, 60%, 70%, 80%. Made at our Jesus Maria farm using the same type of beans as our stone ground chocolate. What\’s the difference? This block of chocolate is much more refined with a touch of cacao butter to give the chocolate a beautiful sheen and waterfall effect. We use this chocolate in our chocolate-filled churros and our chocolate dipped strawberries. This is our go-to chocolate for anything that calls for a smoother texture and needs a faster melting point without burning too quickly. Feel free to use this as hot chocolate, grating it over your morning coffee, or just taking a big bite out of it. It\’s a different style of chocolate, but still from the same type of bean and same farm.

Storage

Break up block byhitting it against your counter. Package up with parchment paper or plastic wrap. 1 year shelf life. Can store in refrigerator or freezer for longer shelf life.
